• - Drafting IP-related contracts
• - Filing assignment, license recordals of IP rights
• - Integrated circuit topography: If an integrated circuit topography is original in terms of its arrangement, it can be registered before TurkPatent. The protection begins from the date of application or the date of its release to market (in Turkiye or in a foreign country) with the condition that the application before TurkPatent should be filed within two years from the date of its release to market. The protection period is 10 years from the beginning date.
• - Translation services (into / from Turkish): Translations of patent documents and, also translations in technical and intellectual/industrial property law fields are performed carefully by our expert attorneys in-house.
